EMC was established in 2005 by Laura Edwards. With 18 years experience in the social housing sector- latterly as Technical Director of Linstone Housing Association- Laura provides a thorough and professional service.

Laura is a Fellow of the Institute of Housing, a Licensed Ecohomes Assessor and qualified Project Manager. She also sits on the Board of Loretto Housing Association
